Appointments approximately 1 hour, new clients may be a little longer, please notify if there are any specific concerns at time of booking.
All prices inclusive of any electrotherapies and travel within 30mile route of Ilchester, Somerset.
Other area's / animals may be undertaken on request.
Payment is via cash or BACS.
BACS should be paid before or on the same day as treatment.
Late BACS payments will incur a £5 admin fee for each invoice prompt.

Please include your full name, contact number, horse's name, yard address, any specific problems you are having and the veterinary practice you register with.
Veterinary permission is required for new clients and all cases that do not fall under maintenance care, it is the owners reasonability to notify if there are any changes to veterinary history or veterinary practice registration prior to treatment. Failure to notify of changes may result in the horse being deemed as inappropriate to commence physiotherapy and is subject to treatment charge.
Alice reserves the right to discuss physiotherapy findings with your vet or other relevant professionals in the interest of horse welfare.
What to expect:
Please ensure your animal is clean and dry before treatment, Alice will take a full case history and will have read any correspondence provided from yourself or other professionals.
Each treatment will last approximately an hour, but often the initial treatment may be longer. Treatments start with joint mobilisations, a standing and moving assessment, proceeding onto thorough manual treatment and use of relevant electrotherapies to target specific issues not reached by hand. A full report will be emailed to the owner at the end of the week.
Alice will provide advice regarding follow up treatments that may be necessary but aims to put all horses on a maintenance treatment regime of 3-6 months dependent on the horses workload.
